We take on high-end new builds from $2 million, knockdown rebuilds, and larger renovations from around $400,000 to $500,000 and up. It's a deliberate focus. We connect every client with a designer, drafter or architect suited to their site and vision, because a genuinely custom result needs that level of design input from the start, not a builder retrofitting a standard plan to a difficult block.
You get a detailed, itemised quote discussed with you in person before anything is signed, weekly updates throughout construction, and a 12-month aftercare period once you've moved in.
