   Mint Design Homes have recently completed external renovation work on my house
in Oceanic Drive Warana. The work was done on a cost-plus basis with an estimate.
Their competent and friendly team transformed the external appearance of the
house, finished the job three days ahead of schedule and gave me a bill for less than

   Mint Design Homes were amazing from start to finish of our house renovation. They managed the whole build while we were living in Melbourne and were always happy to FaceTime when on site to keep us updated on the progress.

Ben and Sam are extremely friendly and easy to deal with, and were willing to help with whatever they could to ensure we were 100% happy with our choices during the contract phase and as the renovation progressed.

   We couldn’t speak highly enough of Sam, Ben and the team at Mint Design Homes.
We were lucky enough to stumble upon Sam, the owner after really struggling to find a reliable pool builder.
In ground L shape custom concrete pool built to our design inc alfresco tiling, timber deck and pool fencing completed ahead of time, with no fuss, on budget and looking absolutely stunning.

   Absolutely wrapped is an understatement!

My experience with Sam and Ben from the first initial discussions to the handover of the end product was completely seamless and stress free. Communication was important to me and they delivered on that through the entire process. If there were any concerns or delays I was updated immediately. I’ve built a couples time before and it was very clear to me from the outset that they take a lot of pride in their work. Their finishes attest to this.

   Sam and Ben were recommended to us by a pool service man. Sam talked us through shape and size and we had a pool in our yard in 1month and 1 day. We couldn't believe our luck. It all went perfectly. Their service was excellent. Communication was fabulous, I can't recommend them more highly. It's a beautiful job. Thank you both.
