Quoting & Contracts
After design approval, we provide a detailed quote and specifications in person, allowing for discussion, questions, and full satisfaction with your quote.
The Construction
During construction, we keep you updated with regular communication, weekly onsite meetings, and a live online schedule. Build duration varies by project, but we’re committed to meeting agreed timelines.
The Official Handover
Congratulations—your dream home is ready! Our team will meet you at the house to hand over the keys, provide warranty documents, instruction manuals, and give you a walkthrough.
After Care Guarantee
Our commitment continues beyond the handover. We follow up to ensure you’re enjoying your new home and offer a 12-month maintenance period for any concerns.
