My wife and I made the decision to have Ben Griffiths and Sam Glynn of Mint Design Homes build our family home at Mount Coolum.

The whole build was a very good experience from the time Mint Designs came on board to hand over. Ben and Sam were professional and more than competent in the work that they and their team did. Each trade regularly commented on the work completed by the trade before them. Having built many times before this we know that this is not the norm. The result was the quality finishes that every owner hopes for, but many fail to achieve.

The Mint Design Team and every trade person they utilised during the build demonstrated a desire to please us and went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely happy with their work. When I had questions or concerns they were without exception addressed to my total satisfaction and importantly both my wife and I were always made to feel comfortable raising the issue no matter what it was.

We have ended up with a beautiful home completed on time and on budget with no fuss, no arguments and no frustration.

We have been in the house for a couple of months now and am thoroughly happy with it. We have a number of people visit since moving in, including tradesmen and without exception, the reaction to the finished results has been extraordinarily positive.

Going forward my wife and I will personally use, and highly recommend each of the individual tradesmen that we met through Mint Designs during the build of our house.

More significantly we will have no hesitation in having Ben and Sam build any future projects that we take on whether it be renovations or complete new builds. They are quite simply fantastic tradesmen, thoroughly decent men and I cannot imagine getting better service from any builder on the Sunshine Coast or anywhere for that matter.”
